Solving Boundary Handling Analytically in Two Dimensions for Smoothed Particle Hydro-dynamics

Exact algebraic boundary handling in two dimensions, to arbitrary order of accuracy.

Where the earlier semi-analytic work approximated part of the boundary integral, this solves it outright: exact algebraic solutions in two dimensions, to an arbitrary order of accuracy. Beyond SPH itself, this provides a rigorous basis for coupling particle methods to mesh-based methods such as FEM.
