Lipschitz-agnostic, efficient and accurate rendering of implicit surfaces

Rendering implicit surfaces accurately without needing a Lipschitz bound for the underlying function.

Sphere tracing needs a Lipschitz bound to take safe steps, and for many interesting implicit functions that bound is unavailable, wrong, or so conservative that rendering crawls. This paper removes the dependency entirely while keeping the result accurate.
