Multi-Level Memory Structures for Simulating and Rendering Smoothed Particle Hydrodynamics

Extending multi-level memory structures to cover both simulation and rendering of adaptive SPH data.

A follow-up that carries the multi-level memory structure through to rendering, so that the same adaptive representation serves both the solver and the visualization rather than requiring a conversion step between them.
