Infinite continuous adaptivity for incompressible {SPH}

Continuous, unrestricted spatial adaptivity for incompressible SPH, rather than adaptivity in discrete resolution levels.

Most adaptive SPH schemes move between a small number of discrete resolution levels. This work removes that restriction, allowing particle resolution to vary continuously across the domain while remaining stable under incompressibility — so computational effort follows the physics instead of a predetermined level structure.
